I have a PLC 2414u from a few years ago. I had used it with a trial of PH when I first got it and it worked great. At the time I was just experimenting with the concept and never really did anything with it. I bought a house and now I am trying to get it to work and just ordered another KeypadLinc and SwitchLinc. The problem I am running into is that the PLC wont connect. It gets stuck in the infinate loop or trying to connect and erroring... repeat. From the InHomeFre I ran a getplcstatus and I get this.

getPLCstatus=beginlist
port=USB4
connected=True
firmware=0.0
id=
devicetype=InsteonPLC-USB
lastErrorMsg=#0:
endlist

Did the firmware get erased? or is it just not able to read the firmware version?

A dm command gives me this

DM=active,1.01.138.308,3/15/2009 8:52:30 AM,responded,,0.0,xdevices=True

When I plug the usb cable in I get this in the SDM log

usbarrival=4287,4,1024,SmartHome,SmartHome PowerLinc USB E,

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
