Is it normal for a lamp to be On in the status window when the DIM level is zero? I guess technically, it is.
Thanks,
Tony

Tony,
Yes, this is normal operation for X-10. Its actually used by a lot of people to get a soft-start effect from the standard cheap X-10 lamp modules without having to buy the more expensive two-way module. A lot of people will dim a light down to 0 instead of turning it off. That way they could brighten to say 25% instead of first coming on full at 100% and then dimming down.
Dave.

Cool! I just discovered one bad thing... If you forget that you did a DIM to 0, a standard Palm Pad On command will not turn it on! Doh!
Thanks,
Tony
