Does anyone know if I can get this software to run on Windows Server 2003 using a Smarthome Powerlinc 2414U USB interface?

For whatever reason Houselinc doesn't work on Windows Server but I don't know if that's Houselinc or the 2414U.

If it does can someone point me in the right direction as far as backing up my database and moving it to a different computer?
