Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong? I had made a typo when entering the Insteon address for a device. So, rather than delete it and re-create the links, I used the "replace device" feature by adding the correct device and replacing it. The links got moved from the old/bad device to the new/good device. But now, whenever I delete the old/bad device, it keeps re-appearing. I am deleting it by right clicking on the device in the units view.

Hmmm, the issue resolved itself? I deleted the device by right clicking in the "description" column instead of the "ID" column. and it appears to be really deleted. Of course, attempts to reproduce this issue and/or workaround have failed, so I have no idea it wouldn't delete before. Maybe because I was deleting and F5ing too quickly?

Wayne,
Not sure why it would happen. You should be able to right-click anywhere on the line in question and choose "Delete" from the popup menu. The line should immediately disappear from the display. The database wont be actually updated though until you hit "F5" or close the Explorer window or change the displayed Explorer screen.
I tried several test scenarios here and was not able to reproduce it. I was thinking that if maybe the ID was changed prior to deleting that might reproduce the behaviour but even that wouldnt do it.
Anyways, if it happens again and you figure out a way to reproduce it, please let me know so I can take care of it.
Dave.
