Hello,
I paid to register PH four days ago and I have still not
received my key. Does anyone know if this is normal? My
trial expired and so PH is non-functional. I have sent
several emails to support@power-home.com but so far no
response. Starting to get really frustrated.

Not sure what is going on. The support@power-home.com email is forwarded direct to my personal email and I havent seen anything yet. Will check the spam filter and see if they ended up there.
Normally, purchasing PowerHome through the Buy page using swreg results in the key being sent in less than an hour. Can you email me your purchase confirmation or any other details so I can try to locate your order in the system?

Art,
I searched in my history using the email address provided with your forum ID and found the SWReg purchase confirmation. Not sure why you didnt receive it but I will forward the message direct to that address as it contains your reg number.
Please let me know if you get it or have any problems.
