Ok, this is strange and I think I know what the problem is but need some confirmation.
1. I have all of my groups set and working.
2. I can control all the groups from device status
Now I have my Powerlinc controlling my KLP group number 3.
In group 3 I have both InlineLinc Relays established and they are verified. I also have the two InlineLinc Relays that are hardware connected to button A and when I power on the A button both counter lights turn on (this work).
When I turn on group 3 in anyway I can see the A button light up, however both switches do not turn on.
Am i doing something wrong?

I was not able to follow all the terminology.
KPL button A (Group 3) is a Controller with these devices linked as Responders
InlineLInc1
InlineLinc2
PH PLC/PLM Group (group ?) is a Controller with these devices linked as Responders
KPL button A
InlineLinc1
InLineLinc2
When you press KPL button A On and Off both InlineLincs turn On and Off.
When you turn the PLC/PLM Group On and Off through Device Status the KPL button A turns On and Off but InlineLincs1 and 2 do not turn On and Off
Is this the scenario and the correct Controller/Responder relation? If not please clarify the differences.

The InlineLincs have not been successfully linked as responders to the PLC for Group 4.
Or there is a powerline issue between the PLC and the InlineLincs. If you can turn the InlineLincs On/Off as individual devices through Device Status that should eliminate the powerline question. That would put the responder link definitions for Group 4 in question. Responder button number, responder Bright level set to Off, something like that (assuming those two links show verified under Group 4.

I can indeed control both individual InlineLincs through Device Status. I will send you a screen shot.

The Responders (of current device) for the PLC Group 3 shows only one responder, Kitchen. The inlinelincs are not linked as responders to PLC Group 3.
