How do you add a second USB controller of the same type?
How can I be sure that the one I name #1 will stay as #1
after every reboot? Does PH keep track of what USB port
the device is plugged into?

I have two USB UIRT's. You just give them seperate controller ID names. I routinely don't un-plug and move them around, so I am not sure if that might cause problems

But, I can say that PH have never mized them up on me (or rather I have not yet mix them up on PH!)
