Am trying to get PowerHome working on a UPB setup for the first time. Have used UPStart without issue to get all my light switches configured. However PowerHome does not seem to be accepting my PIM-R controller. I am using the "PowerHome Wizard". First I selected the "Controllers" button and entered the requested COM Port, Network ID and Password. Power Home then says it's reinitializing. Next I select the "Devices" button and select the .upb export file. I then get an Error msg box saying that "No UPB controller active......"

Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks

Beatdoctor,

Did you try creating the UPB controller using the wizard or directly via PowerHome Explorer? I believe we found a bug in the wizard with the UPB controller.

If you created it via the wizard, try opening the PowerHome Explorer and navigating to PowerHome|Setup|Controllers. See if you've got a UPB entry and press the "Settings" button to see what you've got. If there is no entry, create one (be sure and set the values in "Settings") and reinitialize. Open the Help|About|Controllers and see if your UPB controller is properly registered.

Let me know,

Dave.
