1) Has the controller been setup in the controller section?

 Next,

 2) Have you set up the Insteon PLC/PLM in the Insteon "Setup" area? "Clear" the PLC/PLM database and then "Add Full".

Insteon has had a fair number of early device failures (all types). I have replaced easily over 50 devices over my years with Insteon. Is it possible that youe PLC is dead?

Thank you for your message. Yes the controller is setup in
Controller. I tried your suggestion but it still fails. I
know the unit is working ok, I have been using it on my
Windows 7 PC and it works fine. If you think of any other
 suggestion would be greatly appreciated...

 Thank you...Michael
