I had to replace my PLM and I was able to get most of
the links. but insteon 2475S relay which is connected to
outdoor motion light has a problem.
to create a link thru Insteon explorer
link tab then under responders. I tried to drag and drop
my PLM ,I see the clip board but nothing happens. but I
was able to create as controller but not as responder.

solved :
I still did not see any thing when I drag and Drop.
couple of things I tried - try to put that device
into link mode under manual linking.
went back to links and refresh the device and now
see the PLM as a responder.
also I did not see any created link under completed
operation when that device was poll.
