Hi,
I have 2.1b and don't see the 2477SA1 in the device list. I bought this device to control the power for a bus shelter heater (220V) but am concerned if I cannot control this from Power home.
Any advice? Is there an update to include this device?
Thanks
Brad

Brad,
PowerHome can control this no problem. You can manually add a new entry into the "Types" column of the Insteon Explorer or (cant remember if I had this in 2.1b) set the type to *Auto Detect Type* in the "Devices" column and let PowerHome automatically create the entry.
In any event, once the entry is created, make sure the Ctlr groups is set to 3 and the Resp Groups are set to 1. None of the boxes should be checked and the Mem Top should be 4096 and the DB Type should be Linear.
After you've added the type entry and updated it, close the Insteon Explorer and reopen it and you can set the Device in the Devices tab to the new type.
Hope this helps,
Dave.

You could use 2476s also probably. I use it to control my water heater. Most 220 don’t carry a neutral with them and you will need one for the Insteon part.

Thanks Dave and Pete.
The solution of adding the type worked, after I installed the second 2443 and linked the phases.

Pete
As an FYI the 240V Load Controllers run off 240V. They do not need a neutral to run the Insteon side as the other Insteon devices do.
