Has anyone used this device with PH?

I just received 5 of them to replace all my x-10 low voltage relay units since I could never get the X-10 ones to work reliably and had no feedback on their status.

I noticed that there is no such device pre-defined in PH. I'm guessing that there must be at least 4 conditions that need commands ON, OFF, STATUS for the 1 output and sense ON/OFF for the one input.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to set them up to work with PH?
