The address settings are what PH uses for broadcasting. The defaults should be fine; just enable it. Yes, it broadcasts everything to the entire network.

the first 3 octets must match the first 3 octets of your home network. By default, most routers are set the 192.168.0, but some people, like me, change that . Just set the IP addresses to match your PH web address, but leave the 255 at the end.
In my case, 192.168.10.2 is my PH machine, so all the UDP IP addresses would be 192.168.10.255
