Hello,

I purchased a license today for this wonderful software!
I have been using Misterhouse on linux before, but i didn't like perl...
I'm situated in Sweden and using X-10 devices and planning to use one-wire also, but now my question:

Is is possible to use multiple soundcards and to switch between them from inside Powerhome?
This relates to both speech and sound output.

Best Regards

Mikael

Mikael,

Not currently. It's been something Im my list to investigate (primarily for TTS support, Voice Recognition second). However, I will basically be limited by whatever the Microsoft SAPI SDK supports.

If the Microsoft SAPI SDK (what PowerHome uses for speech and VR) supports multiple sound cards then it should be something that I can add in a future version.

Also, glad you like the software and appreciate the purchase.

Thanks,

Dave.
