So, I've got a couple older KPLs (the one I'm struggling
with is V1.8) that I can't seem to set values on with PH.

Setup is:
PH: 2.1.5c
Modem: 2413SH
Device: 2486D v1.8

I can control the device via PH (that is make it turn off
and on). I seem to be able to make new links and remove the
existing ones.

BUT, I can't use PH to change from 6 to 8 button. And the
Retrieve button on the KPL tab on the options form almost
always results in a few timeouts. Is there something odd
going on there or do I maybe just have an old device that's
acting wacky?
