I have a few insteon devices that lost their links... Should PH have caught this and reloaded the links? I do have link checking on in the controler. I did reload the device manually and all is ok. but just wondering

Todd,
PowerHome will never automatically create or rebuild links. The background link checking only discovers links in devices and periodically scans the devices for any changes and will show you their status.
What you did was correct by hitting the "Rebuild". If PowerHome did automatically rebuild links, then you could never use tap-tap linking because when you unlinked, PowerHome would turn around and relink it.
Dave.

The new Insteon Explorer window will show you quickly a list of whats bad, etc. with options to fix.
