I've just noticed something odd. In the lastest beta version of PH, in my device status window I have quite a few Insteon devices that are not showing up. It blends my X10 motion detectors into the screen along with my Insteon switches, lamplincs and such, BUT I am missing about ten switches.
Is there a way to refresh the device status window? How does adding a new switch NOT show up in the device status window? What should I do in the future to keep this from happening?
I pressede F5 while on the device status screen, but it didn't seem to do anything. -Carl

Carl,
Below is a cut and paste from another thread that should solve your problem:
Quote:
If a device is not showing up in the "Device Status" screen, that means that it's "Device Type" (in the Insteon Units screen) is set to a type that is flagged as "Control Only". This keeps 3 way slave switches and devices such as ControLincs from showing up in the Device Status screen. Just go to the Insteon Units screen and dropdown the Device Type column and choose the type that does not include the word "Control" in the description (or change it to "Control" for the devices that you don't want to be in the DS screen).

Concerning refreshing the Device Status screen...it will automatically refresh whenever a change has been detected. If you want to "force" a reset, then send an on/off type command from within the Device Status screen and it will refresh. If you recently "added" new devices, they will then show up. If Insteon devices are just not showing up, then the likely culprit is that the device type is flagged as "Control Only".
HTH,
Dave.
