I just checked my system, and it looks like ever since I installed the Insteon PLC, my CM11A has not "heard" any X10 events.
Suggestions on what to try?

Tony, when I installed my Insteon PLC, I unchecked all the X10 stuff under the Insteon PLC settings. I'm not at my machine at the moment, but I believe it is under Setup->Controllers. I'm also not sure exactly what the heading is for what I unchecked, I thought it was to prevent the Insteon controller from responding to X10 commands, but I could be mistaken since I can't look at my system to verify at the moment.

Tony,
First thing I would try is just unplugging the Insteon PLC from the wall. Ive read of others who had problems when the two devices were plugged in in close proximity to one another.
Since PowerHome treats each controller individually, they should have no effect upon each other programatically which is why we have the checkboxes that Dean mentions. You may want to have multiple X-10 transmitters, but oftimes, you only want a single controller receiving X10 commands.
Let me know what you find.

OK, I'll try unchecking the boxes again. That won't mess up Insteon commands, right? I can't unplug the controller until I get back home.

I just cleared the checkboxes, reinitialized, and tweaked my thermostat. Here is the log section...

Tony,
Ive looked at your log posted above and see one thing that concerns me. I don't see the decode for the preset dim commands being received by the Insteon PLC. Did they somehow not get pasted (if this comes from the PowerHome Status then it's probably updated after the fact) or are they truly missing. At home, I get the decoded messages so hope they just were somehow not posted.
To answer your question...No, X-10 commands are not tied to a particular controller. So if you have two controllers receiving the same X-10 command, you'll get the trigger firing twice.

They are missing. It seems that the decoding is tied to the checkboxes; they get decoded when checked.

OK, I found the problem! 
The upgrade changed the ph_x10 function, and I didn't update my code completely (missed one formula).
This issue concerned my RCS thermostat, and the formula enabled autosend.
All is well!
