If you use PH_CREATETIMEDEVENT1 and run it again with the same ID you will not find an error in the log and the log will register as if it has been setup. In reality it was never created because a previous one with same ID was still active. If you run the scenario with Formula builder it returns an error message but not a return code. Tested under V214.
