I'm totally new to PH, but am so far enjoying it :). It's kind of complex, but oh well.
Here is my question: I started out automating my home with just the Insteon 2841U's internal system (timer from SmartHome), so when I set up PH I told it to download the data from the PLC and it did but it skipped my two KeypadLinc's that I have in my system. Why is that and what do I need to do in order to pull those in? BTW, it was a little frustrating having put ALL that crap into the PLC only to not have PH download the names I set up and the timer settings that were already there.
I also noticed that the 'pending operations' for Insteon never seems to empty, I assume this is normal because it's polling the devices for changes in status - would I be correct there?
Finally, where do I tell PH the X10 address that I have given to an Insteon device or do I either forget about it or duplicate the entry as an X10 elsewhere in the program.
Thanks so much for any help!

Welcome aboard!
No KPL's here, so, I can't help with that one.
Yep, pending operations are constant unless you turn off Status Scan.
Usually X10 addresses for Insteon modules are for installs that do not have an Insteon PLC/PLM. X10 devices are set up in the PowerHome Explorer under Devices, X-10.

Just setup X10 under Explorer - Devices – X10 - Units after you have manually set the X10 addresses in the KPL.
