I would guess you are trying to access your PH system from another system on your LAN and you don’t have 192.168.1.104 as a Trusted IP in Setup under WEB.

The log entry isnt an error message per se. It's showing you that IP 192.168.1.104 is making a request against the PowerHome web server. It shows that you've got the webserver running (you can disable it if you don't want it).

If it's happening once a minute, it's possible that you've left the Device Status screen open on a web browser on 192.168.1.104 as this screen refreshes once a minute.

You could go into your webserver setup and add 192.168.1.* to your trusted IP's and then turn off logging for trusted IP access.

 Dave.
