If you haven't looked lately, a surprisingly wide variety of Insteon
modules are hard to find these days. I asked Insteon support why and
they were very forthcoming - they say their core business (which I
think is commercial buildings) centers on switches, keypads, and
outlets. As such, they have stopped production on less essential
products until the component shortages ease up. Welcome to 2021
everyone (sigh).
