I am interested in setting up a home automation system. As far as I can see, there are a few million (+/-) options for this. My issue is in this order (or there about) I would like to add on the system.
1. Irrigation system
2. Pool pump, heater and light
3. Front door lock
4. Thermostats for HVAC
My issue is this, can I use powerhome for all of this. Is the software compatible with the various platforms and controllers? For example to use Zwave for the front door lock, Insteon for the irrigation system and pool, zigbee for the thermostat, etc.
I can see that there are several different platforms that can be used but can they be used at the same time?
