Some time ago Dave wrote an Active-X plug-in routine that monitored designated files for any changes and fired a PH Trigger when a change was detected.

This is extremely useful as a pipe communication means between outside programs and PH.

I recently used this plug-in in conjunction with my "findMyPhone" application and in the process found that the README guide was badly out of date, and did not reflect changes between early versions of PH and the current 2.1.4b version.

I have corrected the original README file to bring it up to date and for convenience reposted it along with the original .ini and .ocx files here . . .
