I purchased PowerHome from SmartHome a few days ago. Today I received the CD and the Registration Key in a label stuck to the inside of the case. I've typed the key several times, with and without dashes. With all zeros and with all Os and a combination of the two and I keep getting the "Bad Key" error message.

Please help! I only have five days left in my trial license.

Took care of Ivan's problem via email but wanted to post here so others were aware....

The retail and download versions use different registration schemes. The programs are the same...just the registration scheme differs. As such, the download version of PH cannot be regisitered using a retail serial number. Obviously, you've probably got alot of configuration that you'd like to keep. The only way we can salvage this is for you to email me your database and INI files (pwrhome.db and pwrhome.ini) and I'll need to manually convert them for you to the retail version. Also include your serial number so I can embed it in your files. I'll then send them back to you and you should be good to go.
