I have not been able to read any KPL Config. I have 6-button 2486D and 8-button 2486D. Everytime I would receieve a message "Error read data from KeyPadLinc. Please try again".

I have no trouble to control those devices. I can read / create links of those devices. I am using PLM and PH2. Here is a Log:

I don't have a PLM, but I too have had the same issue with KPLs. However, if I just keep trying it would eventually read the configuration.
