How come Device Status is not always updated... I can see it in my logs when I turn a light on and off, so I know the signals are getting through... but why doesn't the Devis Status windows change to match? Thanks.

Check to make sure that you don't have those set up as Control Only. This is shown as "(Control)" after the description in the Insteon Types screen.

I checked and it doesn't appear to be set for control only.

Okay, that's strange.
Maybe someone else has ideas.

Are they NEVER updating or just sometimes? Any specific switches or all? Are all the switches linked as controllers to the PLC?

They will sometimes be correct and sometimes not. I have one switch that is close to me (which is why I use it for testing)that it will almost always show status when I turn it on... but not off. It is so random. All switches have the PLC as a controller.

Ok, status changes when going from off to on, but not reverse. What's that switch controlling, Florescent fixture?
