More INSTEON triggers! Specifically, the ability to trigger on any incoming insteon device. Also, an insteon 'status change' trigger would be useful.

I'm still just getting to know powerhome, setting up basic macros and triggers - I can't wait until I get to start exploring the control center and web features of the program.

Everyone's examples, macros, and formulas posted in this forum have been invaluable in learning how to do things in PH - Please keep them coming!

Tony,

I'll look into adding some of these. A couple of changes which Ive added so far is double-clicking outside of an object will alternately deselect all selected object or reselect the last selected objects. Also, in case you're not aware, selected objects can all be moved or sized as a group with the arrow keys. If you press just the arrows, the objects will move 1 pixel at a time. If hold the shift key while using the arrow keys, the objects don't move but instead have their size adjusted. Also, you can quickly move all selected objects as a group by right-clicking on the spot where you want the objects to be moved (uses the upper left corner of the first selected object as the reference point).

Cris,

A new Insteon trigger will be available in the next patch (coming very soon). This patch will be mainly to address the bugs and problems from the last beta but Im also trying to include some of the things that werent included due to time constraints. The new Trigger will be essentially a "Status Change". You will select the ID of the Insteon device, the group the change is occurring on (1 for switches, 1 - 8 for KPL's,etc) or ALL and the command (or ALL). So this way you can watch a particular Insteon device for ANY command being sent to it that may effect a change. So you could have a single trigger for a switchlinc that is fired ANY time it receives an ON command be it from local control, the PowerLinc, or another linked switch.

Dave.

Dave,

Cool. Thanks! Thanks for the arrow info, too!
