          whats up guys, so i currently do graphic design, and i was wondering if it would be possible to create my own buttons and customize the control center or create it to look like the mControl panel?

          Sure. Just make some images, insert graphic buttons on a CC tab, and specify the images.

 if i create a whole-house audio system with powerhome, will i be able to regulate which speakers are on or off throughout the house?

 As to the whole-house audio, I control a 8 room speaker selection switch using RS232 through PH and volume through IR and PH and song selection through Itunes and PH.  In general if your audio equipment can do RS232 or IR or Insteon or X-10 PH can control it.
