Hi - This is a module that replaces the In-LineLinc Relay (2476). It looks like it's std I2CS so I think PH can talk to it (I don't need to configure it remotely).

Does anyone know if this is/isn't supported?

 Thanks!!!

Jeff,

Not entirely certain as Ive never tested with any of
the micro switches. I would say that PowerHome should
be able to communicate with this device (PowerHome
should be capable of communicating with ANY Insteon
device by sending standard or I2CS commands and
 performing link operations). Special configurations
beyond linking and standard control (on, off, dim,
brighten, etc) may not be supported within the
 PowerHome configuration screens but these
configuration commands should be capable of being sent
by using the ph_insteonwithret or ph_insteonwithretext
functions if the commands are known.

However, in another thread, it would appear that an
older version of PowerHome would cause some
configuration corruption. Since the Insteon engine has
been rewritten since then, I would hope that this
situation would occur but I would not know until
 someone actually tests it out.

 Dave.

So I installed one of these using the default installation. In this mode, it essentially turns the existing light switch into s 3-way switch. PH can tell the module to turn the light on or off, and flipping the switch toggles its state.

I set the module up like a Controlinc, defined the links, did a Save, and it came right up and worked flawlessly, for almost 2 weeks now.

It may be possible to do remote configuration but I didn't try it.
