Oh well, you loose some, you win some, the system has been up and running since the repair. Since then I had 2 parties: my 12.5 aniversary and the birthday of daughter becoming 2 years old... So I haven't had much time to look at it but no malfunctions took place so the system is back as it was... Today I have some spare time so I am going to innstall TonyNo's tweaked code... Be back tonight with a report!!!

Peter,

I did some quick looking and I believe that Windows 98 supports the Performance Counter.

If youve heard otherwise, let me know. The two API calls are QueryPerformanceFrequency and QueryPerformanceCounter.

Well, it seems you've got me there... I regularly show my HA-hobby to other people and tell them how powerfull PH is and yet so powerfull that Windows has less Uptime..
