Has anyone used or heard about this IP Video Server?
http://www.aviosys.com/ip9100aplus.htm
If you do a search for "IP video server" on eBay you will see a bunch of these. Prices seem to be around $120.
If you have some RCA-type wired cameras this seems like it may be a fairly inexpensive way to IP-enable them.
One auction had a demo listed, but it appears they only give access to one camera or they only have one camera.

ID and password is 'guest'.
If using IE, you need to intall an ActiveX control. The ActiveX install warning said the control was from Aviosys, so I went for it and said yes. My system seems to still be OK.

Dave,
Have you used these cams yet? I've seen them described on another forum as "worthless". Maybe you have another opinion?
Thanks,
Tony

Dean,
Thanks for the link...I'll need to keep this in mind when I get into the new house.
